Sold my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, for a 1999 chevy camaro 3.8 ltr. Not known tell the next day the car wouldn't start! They had it towed to there place to see what the problem was. I immediatley ask for them to give me my car back (jeep) since it was still on the lot or give me an equal trade in for what I have given them. They straight up denied me (yelling at me the customer) and said there was nothing they could do, so it took months for them to get the car running and I had to borrow a car from a family member till then. When it was running I found out the transmission was going out and also found out all the speakers were blown, the steering column was busted and tons of electrical work needed to be done to the vehicle. Its been a while now and I still can't drive it because of the amount of money I dont have to fix it. This place needs to be shutdown! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have not recieved a reply from them. I have read many reviews on this place and 95% of them are negative. How do theses "people" stay in business? I will get some resolution out of this if it cost me everything and I feel for anyone that gets taken advantage of, not just by this "company", but by any other similar scam of this nature.

They BBB is a non-profit, charity organization known as a 501(c)(3).
This means that whatever money you donate to their cause is
tax-deductible. The money that you donate is supposed to
go into programs and charitable causes. The organization is
supposed to report their income, report their board of directors,
report about their programs, and so on. This information appears
on IRS form 990.

Pay and get an A, don't and get an F, Illegal?

You can forget the BBB! The BBB is NOT a part of the government. The BBB is NOT part of the judiciary. The BBB does NOT have any enforcement powers. The BBB works hard to DECEIVE you into thinking all the above is true. The BBB is a snake-in-the-grass SCAM.
The BBB sells "memberships" to anyone willing to pay. There is no investigation of a business's fitness, honesty or integrity. They will SELL to anyone.
The BBB sells these PHONEY accreditations to anyone willing to pay. They operate just like a place selling phoney college degrees.
You may hear from them in a letter which is DESIGNED TO DECEIVE you into thinking they've conducted some sort of official "investigation" and nothing can be done. They will word the letter to deliberately DECEIVE you into thinking they are part of the government, when they are NOT. They will then use your complaint as a sales lead to sell another PHONEY ACCREDITATION to this dealership so the said dealership will then brag to the world they are "A+" "rated" by the BBB while all along continue to deceive and defraud customers.
So then, to add insult to injury...in addition to your problems with this dealership, the BBB will attempt to DECEIVE and DEFRAUD you as well as the rest of the public. Welcome to America!
