This company rips ppl off all day! I use to work for them. The staff members are trained to persuade costumers to get their carpets cleaned. The costumers think they are getting a bargin but have no idea it's all a fraud and they are soon victims to a scam. The workers are not payed enough despite the fact that this company collects lot of money by ripping ppl off on a daily basis. I recall hearing stories from seniors saying they were left with a dirty soaked rug that turned to mold, and charged lots of money not the Discount as told or promised . Many tearful calls and calls that consisted of being cursed out. The only thing the boss (wayne) cared about was taking the costumers money by lying to them making them think they may get a free room or two cleaned for free but we were charging the extra which total up to them paying for the free rooms. As an employee you are treated like trash spoken at and not to by none other herself LA'TASHA the ghetto supervisor who cons all the customers and who treats some staff members $hitty. She hires and fired ppl for not booking enough appointments aka steal innoccents ppl's $$. This employee would wash her clothes during wk hrs instagram pics of herself smoke weed sniff cocaine and talk about sex all while supervising a business. Her boss Wayne was no better he to was on her side as well. I remember the workers were promised bonus for booking appointments but for the newbies it was nearly impossible cause some bookings wereto be passed down to those who had seniority. In best homes it pays off when you fu*k the BOSS one employee had been carrying out an affair that was noticed by all this employee was payed extra and was able to do as she wanted while the rest suffered working for $9 an hr and worked as PT. BEST HOMES SERVICES IS A SCAM! with a lot of drama in the office and out on the field best advice: DON'T TRUST BEST HOMES SERVICES you carpet will be soak and wet for days which will lead to mold and you will be charged lot of money for a crappy, nasty service. Stay away from this company as an employee and costumer or you will regret it.
