BestBrandValues have been charging $19.95 per month on my credit card since 12/27/2010. I don't know how this company stole my credit card number and I never ordered anything from them. AMEX advised me to call this company to find out what was going on and Before such call was made BestBrandValues did NOT have my home or my e-mail address........... My real e-mail and home address was given to them on 03/29/2012 over the phone.

In regards to your complaint and refund request, a courtesy refund of 3 months totaling the amount of $59.85 has already been processed for your account.
Our records show you accepted the membership offer from BestBrandValues when you submitted your order on 12/27/2010. It is explained to you in the terms of offer on the checkout page, you did agree to when you placed your order on BestBuyerDiscounts.com, that you are activating a trial membership for $1.00 and that if you choose to keep your account active then after the trial ended there would be a monthly membership fee of $19.95.
**The terms of offer acceptance box must be checked by you the customer in order to proceed with your account activation.** Once your membership is active a welcome email is also sent as confirmation of your memberships activation, which provides you with your account log in ID and password and also includes membership benefit information, billing information, cancellation policy, and our contact information.
The membership fee is a monthly recurring fee and if you wish to discontinue and not be billed further you must cancel your membership account. You contacted our customer service dept and canceled your account on 03/29/2012. Moving forward, there will be no further charge for the canceled account. You have received the maximum courtesy refund available, however if you wish to escalate your complaint further you have the option of writing a letter of complaint to our corporate office.
