I ordered two movies and received a confirmation email they were ordered.  Three days later I received an email stating they were out of stock and the order was pending.  I then was charged $1 and $9.95.  When I called was told it was  membership fee charges, however there was no indication on their website it was a membership or on the emails I received from them.  It is a scam that you think you are getting a movie and then they start charging for a membership fee you did not want. 

When speaking to a supervisor he said it'd be 60 days or longer to get the money back.  While online waiting I saw there are multiple complaints against this company (both names) and when I stated that to the supervisor he didn't have a comment.  When I asked where they were located he had to check the computer to give the address.  It DEFINITELY is a scam and the company needs to be shut down.
