Ordered 10 cameras 1 month ago, specific model and specific color for a corporation.  BestChoiceCamera send an email requesting I confirm that I did indeed want 10 cameras of this model type, all black.  Confirmed with a phone call.

Shipment arrived in approximately 10 days after repeated calls.  3 of the cameras were model and color I ordered, 7 of the cameras were different model (older model), different colors.  Had my staff call to report and they would not pay for us to return the 7 wrong cameras but would "work a deal" by shipping the correct 7 cameras (after they received our returned 7) and include additional batteries for each camera to compensate for the return postage.

Waited and waited, no cameras arrived, called 3 times (they are always closed) finally spoke with Johnathan and Larry and a few others.  Told the 7 black cameras of the correct model were enroute and provided tracking. 7 cameras arrived.  All were the correct model, two were black, 4 were silver and one was PINK.  These are for electrical lineman to carry and these men are not going to take pictures with a pink camera.  No batteries arrived as promised.  I'm done with this company and will eat the loss but I will never do business with them again and will provide information to anyone who might want to do business with them.  Rude, non-responsive, tried to rip us off, won't answer the phone, a total waste of time and effort dealing with such unprofessional goons.
