Unfortunately, Best Value Copy couldn't get the order right. They used the incorrect size of wires for the punched holes, which means that every time someone turns a page in a booklet, the page tears. Now I'm left with 50 booklets that are unusable because of tearing pages. We took the booklet to other printers who verified the mistake that Best Value Copy made; yet after contacting Best Value Copy several times to no avail (no human or computer will respond AT ALL), we had to go to a different printer that could actually print the booklets correctly using the correctly size binding materials.
DO NOT USE Best Value Copy as it will turn into the WORST value printing you've every done!

**Best Value COPY is trying to fix the problem, and for that I am grateful. See details below.**
PROS: To their credit, Best Value Copy has since contacted me several times to discuss this situation, but we are in the process of "telephone tag" and not getting ahold of each other. Each message left is kind and concerned about the order. I am pleased that they are finally following through with this issue.
CONS: Best Value Printing did not contact me immediately. In fact, I called several times, and it took that angry email in December, posting on their Facebook page, and a posting on this website before I received a response. To me, that is not quality customer service. I should not have to go through such lengths to get attention. The other printer we went with? Produced the correct product the first time and returns my calls before I have to get frustrated enough to go online.

We note from your complaint that you read many positive reviews about Bestvaluecopy.com before ordering the booklets you mentioned in your complaint. We get many positive reviews because we almost always do a
perfect job and have a policy of 100% customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, according to your complaint something went wrong with your order and/or our response. We regret this and intend to make things right.
We log any customer complaint received by phone or email and have a system to resolve any issue. According to our records, we first received an email from you concerning the problem with your booklet on December 28, 2012. We responded by email on the same day and you responded to our email also on December 28, 2012. In your email you stated that you were traveling and could not take our call at that time and would it be okay to connect the following week. We responded that would be okay which would have been the first week of January 2013. Since we have not heard from you, we followed up with another phone call at the end of January to resolve this matter.
Please contact us by email or phone so we can resolve this matter to your 100% satisfaction.
