What does your warranty paperwork state is covered? That's all that matters and you should not have bought it without reading the terms.
One problem I see frequently with warranty disputes here is that the victims/OPs often show poor command of written English, leading one to speculate that if they reade as they write, no wonder they end up thinking they have coverage they really don't have.
If you truly have documented no-fault, accidental, impact damage etc coverage then hold their feet to the fire and go to small claims if needed.
If not, then you ripped yourself off.

You mention buying a $500 camera and told if anything, including you dropping it happened they would replace it. Did you "drop it" and they wouldn't replace it? If so, what did the repair warranty say...the paperwork, NOT what you may have been told.
Then you ramble on about their "bait and switch" tactics. Do you even have an idea what a "bait and switch is? Here's a clue, they offer an item or service at an advertised price, then tell you it's not available, but a more costly item/service is..did this happen to you?
Are you just miffed because they wouldn't accept one or more of your "offers" ?
You also rant further about the "Phoney" (sic) CEO's call that is an insult to any "intellengent" (sic) consumer. Wow, that would sure leave you out of the equation.
Your obvious Ripoff was the education you weren't provided or failed to take advantage of.
If you don't like Best Buy, why do you shop there?
