After negotiation. I have come to an understanding with BESTINSURANCEQUOTE4U.COM. please disregard the original post. Chalk the whole thing up to a misunderstanding. I apologize to the fine folks at BESTINSURANCEQUOTES4U.COM. They are not affiliated with any other website. They are also in the process of providing me with a full refund.

After research, I have discovered that BESTINSURANCEQUOTES4U.COM is not affiliated with MyChoicedata or choicedata.com. They are totally separate companies. I am still awaiting my refund after filing a cancellation request, in writing in Early November, 2012. Check back for further details.
