She was trespassing on a private residence that was for sale with another individual (male), using the property and pool. She was noticed by neighbors who called the owner and sheriffs were also called. She was booked late night and it posted after midnight, to date May 25th 2009.
In her purse, were stolen drivers licenses and credit cards. One of these drivers licenses was stolen from a member of her work staff who she oversees as Director of 3 companies and was submitted as her own identity to the Officer. Note, this diligent interior designer was not only violated by this theft, but was never paid for thousands of dollars of labor, which Betsy Duranty (alias Dee Ward) absconded with, along with all other collected fees between the three companies.
She forged signatures on checks, altered names on checks, forged letters to add her name to bank accounts and successfully achieved this and emptied every account including a personal staff member's bank account. She covertly entered the offices and cleared out her desk and files prior to her arrest.
She verbally, brutally harrassed most every employee, as she fumbled through her managment role. The climate in the offices was dark and oppressive, to say the least. She stole fees from over 100 individuals who had hired the company to conduct loan modifications for their threatened homes.
Ms. Duranty brutally abused all these many innocent people. My conscience burned and I knew that the duty was mine to share this absolute fact-telling with the public. As Ms. Duranty formerly confessed herself, the Lord God is going to come down with a mighty vengence upon HER vicious actions against the innocent, and perfectly judge her willful and unimaginably unconscionable actions, for these many years. Her time has come!
Shockingly, Betsy Duranty was released 3 days later due to lack of filed proof and evidence. This is unimaginable in light of the evidence alone, on her person, at the time of arrest; her 3 past arrests; and huge amounts of embezzled corporate funds and ID thefts, etc., in each case. WHAT HAS BECOME OF THIS CORRUPT JUSTICE SYSTEM?
It is with sincere joy that I relay this message and pray for all of you that could become her victims, that you will be safely warned and protected. I hope, from the bottom of my heart, that my message reaches every soul out there!

She tried to get a default judgement on us but yet has not even sent one piece of certified mail. This woman and the actual LEGAL person on title of the property owes over $300k in judgements from the scams they have gotten away with as our justice system waives fees that allows her to file lawsuits. But yet she can afford an attorney. The last lawsuit she filed her attorney claimed his fees were over $7k and yet he is still representing her. I hope her and her attorney are ready for the next time we meet in court. I have a surprise for both of them and I hope he brings his checkbook.
I can only pray that Betsy is reading all about herself...third time is going to be the biggest charm of all b*tch. Put your big girl panties on...oh never mind...that's what you always have on.

investigation now for over six months due to the fraud they are committing on Betsy Duranty and

I know Betsy Duranty and she is Proactively taking them to court and filing other things against the
tenants for other violations of the laws that they have perpetrated upon Betsy Duranty and her
husband.
The tenants have not paid in a very long time and have threatened both Betsy Duranty and her
husband. Betsy Duranty does not call her tenants and has good lawyers to deal with the criminal
and civil acts of her tenants .
Anyone who interferes with this is now culpable of economic and contractual interference or more.

I say former because the house that we rented from her "husband" and currently reside in is now in foreclosure. We only found this out by the posting that the bank left so brilliantly displayed on our front door for all the neighbors to see. When we ask about the foreclosure our landlord acted extremely surprised and said he knew nothing about it. He then tried to blame it on his then girlfriend by alluding that she must not have been paying his mortgage.
We have been told that the mortgage hasn't been paid in five years. I don't know how anyone can get away with not paying for so long but if "BETSY" was somehow involved I guess it all makes sense now.

We had no idea our home was in any sort of distress or foreclosure status. I was constantly reassured by our landlord, Kevin Charles Moore that our home was in no distress. I checked monthly with the County Recorder's Office for Notice of Defaults on the house. The only Notice I ever saw was recorded in 2007. I unfortunately assumed all was good.
'Betsy' is now trying to collect rent from us because the auction has been postponed and she is claiming to be "saving" the house because she 'apparently' has inherited trust fund money. The outstanding debt on the house is $855,000 with current market value of $350,000+.
We were threatened by her today with eviction if we did not give her money. Her name is not listed on the Grant Deed and our landlord claims he is not married to her. He apparently dated her while she was a PAL (parolee at large). This is the same time that she claims she rented us the house under the assumed name of Jennifer Stephens, Kevin's attorney (she claimed at the time).
We first met this lady when she showed up at our home in December 2009 after being released from prison, claiming to be Kevin's wife. When we allowed her to use our phone to call her 'husband' he hung up on her and later claimed he did not know her. Unfortunately we allowed her to spend the night, only because she knew too much about us and our previous rental conversations to somehow not be involved for our 'potential possible landlord' (which she reminded us constantly regardiing her ability to evict).
The following morning an unmarked vehicle was sitting outside our home. My fiancee decided to approach the vehicle wherein the occupants immediately got out and identified themselves as federal agents. They were looking for Betsy Duranty or the person who had applied for a passport in another person's name and listed our address. She actually fraudulently applied for a passport in another person's nameWHILE she was in prison and listed our address.
Because theauction on the house has been postponed andher alleged 'husband' (akaKevin Charles Moore, landlord) will not return her phone calls, she istrying to collect rent that she claims that we have not paid. We have NEVER paid rent tothis woman, although she sent numerous letters after her December 2009 visitinforming us that she was alsoour landlord andif we wanted to continue to reside in our home it would be in our best interest to send money to her for our rent.
When we confronted Kevin about her claims he told usto ignore her and to never give her any money for rent.He claimed that she had no interest in the house or his financial matters. He also advised us toget a restraining order on her.
This woman has not stopped hercriminal path and it seems as if she will harrass and manipulate as long as she is a freecitizen.
I just wanted to respond so that maybe others willspeak out about this particular unworthy individual whonot only uses Christianity as a platform but also the legal system to worm her slimyself through.
