   For 5 years I have struggled with being ripped off online. BBB seems to be the last hope for reporting internet scams and seeing justice but they do not help a single bit. Unfortunately BBB gives all of the rich rip-off or scam companies A+ ratings and they refuse to be helpful when terms of service agreements are constantly violated with money involved with these companies.

   I struggled for 4 years with zynga games as terms of service was violated every day with money involved and BBB refused to intervene as I got ripped off out of thousands of dollars invested and several expensive consecutive computers destroyed by 100% cpu. I finally gave up on my entire lost investment with Zynga after 2.5 years of non stop auto attacks that rendered my account completely useless by cheaters. I filed weekly complaints with proof to the BBB but it was all wasted time.

   Now paypal promotes moneypak and they never work so my money gets tied up for weeks after moneypak get my ssn# and enough personal information to be a credit hinderance any time they want with moneypak link that they promote from the paypal site. The money I spent on moneypak for paypal 3 times was never able to be used for it's intended purpose. Paypal support promised to help but they got me banned and left me alone to finish the problem. Paypal blames moneypak and moneypak blames paypal. I logged in to paypal to be directed to moneypack so paypal should be responsible about where they send me to be ripped off from their site when I log in. BBB are not helping on the matter.

   Also Kabam are doing to me the same thing zynga did while bbb closes my cases without even giving me the chance to resolve the problem. Meanwhile all 3 scam companies (Zynga, Paypal & Kabam) maintain A to A+ ratings when they deserve F ratings, honestly. Now I get messages that the BBB can not assist and to call the specialist. The BBB specialist never answers the phone and I have left voice mail without a response or reply back about my concerns. I have called several times but the phone never gets answered.

  I am a home bound caregiver for my dad, an Air Force mechanic veteran with no legs. Every attempt at spending money online for fun from home in games ends up in me getting personally insulted, cussed out, cheated and the rules in terms of service are never enforced. BBB just turns a blind eye to it all, just like the game support people do.
