The name of our company is Heart to Heart Introductions. The Better Business Bureau has false information about our company. It states we have 3 unresolve complaints. One of our complaints we've showed proof to them to show money was giving back with a credit. The other two cases we have valid proof to show that the customers in those cases were wrong.
Since we are not a member of the BBB, they want us to pay to go through an arbitration process of at least $275 per each case more than the cases are worth. If you are not a member the BBB tries to get money some way from businesses. The BBB is not a government agency it is an independent firm.
To top the information that I have submitted they also had a member rep to call our company to ask us to become a member, then our information would be change to read within the bureau standards.
People, these people are rip offs, they don't help the consumer they care only about Businesses money. This is a request to stop the BBB, and make them a fair organization not just to members only. If your not a member no information should be published that is untrue, you should be giving a fair chance.

This Company Changed my life

Hi, I was a consumer to the company reported as Heart to Heart in Vienna, Virginia. I came into there office to congratulate them on a Job well done. I'm appalled at the supposed comment by the so call Knight. Heart to Heart changed my life. I'm getting married through the company. If it wasn't for this company I would still be single. I have recommended all of my friends to Heart to Heart. Because, I know it works. They have 1,000's of professionals like my self. For the Knight, you should have read the contract. There is no refund giving based on the terms. A service was provided and they have over 16,000 members in the D.C. Metro area, with a 78% success rate, so get over it. I guest you were just a bad apple, like the problem in many business. Good luck in you single life. The knight of Fairfax, Virginia.

O My Gosh, I read the report filed by Heart to Heart and boy have they put a spin on things. I am one of the victims. And, I am not the only one. Apparently they have a number of complaints. They promised me a refund and I never got it. The BBB did the right thing. Heart to Heart is attempting to shoot the messanger (the BBB)rather than address the message. The complaint I filed was my first w/the BBB. I found the process to be objective and fair. Just my opinion, but it seems the BBB takes alot of unwarrented shots on this site. I would imagine that those with unfavorable opinions on the BBB are in the minority. I for one am a fan of the BBB and the people at Heart to Heart are snakes.

I had a complaint against a moving company who was a member of the BBB. I submitted my complaint. Their response to the BBB was "I was upset". According to the letter from the BBB, as long as the company responds, things are just fine.
It seems if you are a member the BBB bends over backwards to see to it you have a sterling record. Consumers are told to check a business record with the BBB. You check and there are no complaints listed. All this means is the company responded (however poorly) to the complaint. ALL complaints should be listed. Let the consumer decide if they are warranted or not.

You are exactly right!!! The BBB is a scam. Most people think that if a company carries the BBB seal, then that company is credible. The BBB seal is just a seal!!! It only means that if someone files a report against you; the BBB will keep your slate clean. Even if that company refuses to honor its commitment to its consumer---the BBB will issue a false statement saying the complaint is resolved..and in most cases, won't even acknowledge any complaints exist. It depends on if that company dues is current, and if that company gives additional donations, as in the case of Caruso Homes.
I tell everyone---BBB has no credibility. It seems as though there should be a legal remedy for your situation. You should not be blackmailed in order for the BBB to report accurate information.

It only means that if someone files a report against you; the BBB will keep your slate clean.
