The, better business bureau did not help agaisnt a complaint my mother had filed agaisnt suntrust bank, suntrust lied to the better business bureau & the better business bureau put the custormer did not accept their good offer or work to resolve the complaint. Suntrust, made it look like my mother did not accept their offer or to work out anything with them suntrust repossed my mothers vehicle on 02/16/2007 claming my mother was 74 days past due this was not true!, the collections @ suntrust refuse to acknowledge my mother had made payment aggrangements they refuse to update their records or to apply the payments that my mother has made. Know, suntrust orders the vehicle to be repossessed this is (STEALING) well these businesses who lie always get caught in what they say & they usually tell on themselves when these businesses lie about custormers!. Also, suntrust is a member of the better business bureau the fox gaurding the hen house cause the better business bureau is protecting these bad business I though us consumers was the ones suppose to be protecting its the other way around! these days!, these bad businesses gets all the protection & they can lie repose peoples vehicles when they want do not update peoples records. This, is a warning stay away from suntrust or u will end up with no car because of their mistakes because suntrust does not update their records, suntrust will claim u didnt make your payment even after u made the payment like in my mothers case & repoe your vehicle even after making payment aggrangements. The, better business bureau "Administratively Closed" the complaint saying suntrust provided specfic credible response, these businesses have been getting away with lying about custormers & make us look bad infront of the better business bureau & attorney general office. The, better business bureau should be disbarred because all they are doing is taking money from businesses & not helping the consumers or helping victims of bad businesses or to help the people not to become victims of suntrust or any other bad business.
