OVER 200 COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AND YET EVEN THOUGH THIS COMPANY IS UNDER INVESTIGATION WITH THE SECRET SERVICE FOR CREDIT CARD FRAUD THE BBB GIVES THEM AN A+RATING SO THEY CAN CONTINUE RIPPING FOLKS OFF AND PAYING THE BBB FOR

Report this to the California insurance commission for a decision.
It sounds like they aren't doing anything illegal, though.
