I am a licensed legal professional. My former client made the error of going to the BBB and I received a letter from them DEMANDING that I give them private and personally confidential and privy information about my client to the BBB.

I refused, my clients are protected under my practice, and I received nothing in writing from them.

They printed my name and my profession on the internet, not my business, causing the public to seek their complaints through the BBB rather than the Law Society.

Then they changed their mind, altered the information and personally violated my clients rights. Even our Federal Government endorses them in the Industry Canada website. They run themselves out of Arlington Virginia. They have no legal rights in Canada.

The BBB is a private racket full of extortion and reports to nobody. I will be suing them myself and asking the Court to shut them down. They failed to respond to my notices served to them and now, they appear to have shut down communication with the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus and deflected it to their local chapters.

TOTALLY ILLEGAL OPERATION in my view.
