FEES CHARGED EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE BETTERWAY AUTO TRANSPORT! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !. Horrible service. Like many auto transporter companies, Better Way Auto Transport promises to be able to ship your vehicle for an unrealistic price. When they were unable to ship my car in June of 2012, they claim to have sent a refund check a month later which I've still not received now 2 months later in August.ASK THEM before giving your credit card if your whole amount will be refunded. THEY WILL LIE and say that "Yes, it will be all refunded". DO not believe them. They charge $4.95 to run a credit check that is NON refundable! What online company charges such a fee?? That's right - NOBODY but theses SCAMMERs charge such a fee. Look beyond their smarmy sales talk and fancy website and find a reputable shipping company. This outfit is a SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM BETTERWAY AUTO TRANSPORT. You'll be glad you did. I'm still waiting for the "Check in the mail". Someone called Mark handles customer issues and he said today that he's totally fine with charging $4.95 and was quick to point out that this fee is in the fine print of the customer contract which I never signed. DO NOT USE BETTERWAY AUTO TRANSPORT ! IT'S A SCAM, FRAUD. They are NOT members of the BetterBusiness Bureau and for good reason. Stay away from non BBB members like these scammers.
