In September 2010 I sent Better World Books 11 textbooks for them to buy. As of today they still claim they never received the textbooks. I have called them and emailed them and they said that it was probably lost in the mail. I called the post office and asked how often a big box gets "lost" and I was told that there was maybe a 1% chance of it being lost since it was such a large box. And that they should have received it by now. Better World Books is a scam and beware!!!
