I understand how he feels because it must be hard.
Its my opinion through our correspondence he has anger issues.
I'd make sure you got lots of references from previous employees -if you can find one that will be honest with you.

I have been a consultant fir many years, but I am hired permanently now, and my paycheck for the last week was comfy, thank you.

He hasn't worked in 8 years and although he seems nice there is something definately wrong in the way he communicates with people.
there was no way we could represent him to our client.
For a guy whose unemployed you would think he would be less threatening to people trying to help him.
Not with Chris.
