50%+ of all of the rings that I have bought from them have lost their jemstones out of the rings right outside of 15 days. I have given these as presents and tried to return them but you can't after 15 days, and the 15 days is after they ship out and you receive them 5 to 7 days after they ship leaving you with only 8 full days to return them in. Most of the time you aren't even going to be wearing them by then to know the sets are not any good! The first ring I thought was a fluke but I have bought thousands of dollars worth of rings from them. I was going to purchase more but then I had more sets returned yesterday. This is crazy if I was a jeweler I could repair them I guess, but I'm not. I took some to a jewelery store and they will cost about 40 to 50 dollars to relace some of the sets I can't afford that. If you are not a Jeweler I advise you not to purchase rings or any jewelry from bidz.com. Now I know why its lower case because their are not any Capital in their merchandise.

This exact same thing has happened to me and when I called to try to return the 2 ring's (yes both rings had stones fallout) they sent me a return package and when I called to ask a question about how to use there return package i was informed that it was to late to return the items andthen she say's is there anything else we can help you with today? interupting me  in the middle of me explaining the situation and then hung up.
