It's amazing that such a small town they can thrive in a struggling economy such Florence. Customer service is the LEAST of their concerns. Their greed for their "precious" (i.e. $$$) is so overwhelming, that it's hard to determine which is more important - their sexual freaky desires, or their bank deposit at the end of the day.
It's sad that in such a small town that customers have to put up with THEM as the only repair shop and bicycles dealership. PLEASE FOLKS.......at all costs......it's well worth the drive to Portland / Eugene / Coos Bay. Your $ spent on gas will far exceed your frustration in dealing with these loudmouths.
This is a mom n pop shop and they bring inbreeding to a new level.
