Finally I got through to a live person and tried to to ask what is this charge for and how did it get on m account and if so where is it, etc. This woman never answered any of those questions ut said,"you are cancelling in time this month so I can refund you this month only and cancel this at this time."
After arguing with her about last month's charge to no avail I had to give up and hope I at least get one amount refunded and the "membership" will be cancelled.
