I purchased my items on the 30th of November and did not receive them until last week. I paid with a credit card and on the 8th of December paypal let them take $300 directly from my bank account and again on the 18th. I was very ill during that period and did not pay much attention to banking activities so it went undetected for a couple of weeks.
When I found out what was going on I filed a complaint with PayPal and of course they did nothing. Very hard company to get through to using only their resolution center.
Today I got an email today from paypal saying my bank refused the automatic funds transfer I(?) requested to pay Claudia@bidz.com another $300. What the heck is going on?????
I just cannot believe the nerve of some people or companies. What can I do to get my money back?
