Now for his New Store - that he actually owns - "Big Bell Auto Super Store" located at 20th street and Bell rd in north Phx. He has not only taken money, under false pretense and cashed it, or ran cards of customers without their knowledge or permission, at the time he runs the cards or deposits the "hold" checks - Never give this company any money - on a promise that they will hold a vehicle for you, and asks for a deposit - when you come back to actually do the car deal that vehicle will have been sold out from underneath you and it will take them weeks to refund you your deposit, if they do at all - they "lose" deposit receipts and say we have no record of you ever putting a deposit on that vehicle..
Aslam Dulara and Big Bell Auto Superstore have countless labor board disputes, have all his reviews reflect that every single word I am writing is correct and has happened to several, several people.
The vehicles - here is the topper - they will refuse to give you, let alone look at a car fax.. Tony the greasy looking Desk Manager, tells you that you can have one once we agree on numbers, not the case, you will never get one... for a couple of reasons, they only buy their vehicles at auction, which the dealer auctions are all the vehicles the big dealerships take in on trade and have already inspected them and have realized that it either has a horrible car fax, or there is repairs that need to be done that are too costly for the dealership to keep, and fix, and resell at a marketable retail price so they send them to auction, and that is what his whole inventory is - 100 % - so they cancelled their car fax account, because they are to scared to print one and explain to the customer that the vehicle has major problems or has been in several accidents.
This company and under the direction of the owner will promise you the moon, when it comes to financing, and guess what, the banks, the lenders, slowly but surely have started to pull away from him, and the dealership, they have been caught in several lies, making documents without the consent of the customers, and on their behalf... I could go on for days -
Please save yourself tremendous heartache and several thousands of dollars that you will never get back and stay as far away from the N.E. Corner of 20th street and bell rd - Do not under any circumstances or empty promise would I ever buy a car from these slimy, sleazy old school car guys that only rip you off and sit there and laugh at how good they ripped you off....
I have been inside this organization as a director and as soon as I knew that this was this kind of place - I left - as a matter of fact - I ran out of there....

I first discovered the ripoff job done on my friend when her transmission began going out just a month after purchasing the car. Before coughing up the estimated 2500 in repair work I did my research and found out that the problem was covered by a manufacturers recall and the parts and the repair work would not cost us the $2500 which the final repair bill came to. She informed me that at the time of test drive when she noticed the minor problem she was told by the salesman that the problem was normal on her type of standard shift transmission and to just bring it back with no problem if it got worse.
When we did they refused to even look at or drive the car which is typical of this unprofessional and slimy group. I was also informed by her that she was also promised several other items to be fixed by Big Bell on a separately signed to do list which was to be done under terms of the contract at a later date. After 18 documented phone calls and 9 trips to the dealership to get the promised cosmetic and safety related items taken care of, we were forced to sue the dealership in small claims court and won a judgement.
My advice is to stay away from outfits like this if you are not a seasoned car purchaser who knows what to look for in a used car. If I had not stepped in to assist my girlfriend, she would have been out of more than $5,000 in repair work that should have been standard on the car at any reputable dealership. This dealership and it's employees will promise the moon and stars to get you to drive off the lot. Once they have your down payment and get the finance money from the bank they will begin the process of giving you the run around for promised items by repeatedly stating that the owner is not around to authorize or honor the fix it contract.
Their whole premise is to depend on the consumer to just go away angry. We have not gone away and Big Bell Auto and Mr. Dulara have been sued in court. They did not even bother to show up to court and continued the tactic of ignoring complaints from what they hope are uninformed and educated consumers. After more research on Aslam Dulara he has been a long standing bad businessman and dealership owner. Do not under any circumstances buy a car from this guy because the majority of the used cars they sell are rejected by reputable dealerships.

He cannot evidence any of his statements in this Rip Off Report as being the truth.
Not only did this employee get fired for his actions, and sabotaged our online inititives with our Dealership Website and with 3rd Party Vendors when he left! He made numerous False and Derogatory statements that are, ironically similar to these statements, with his previous employers when fired as retaliation.
This employee was the cause of many issues with our customers due to arguments, cursing at customers, and caught making False Promises and Lies just to sell vehicles to gain a commission. He is the one who caused the numerous issues written about in this Rip Off Report...and he was FIRED for his unprofessionalism as our representative as a manager!
Please take a moment to check out our rating with the BBB. This will evidence our good standing of business in the community. It will show how we handle business if/when complaints occur. We address them in a timely manner to rectify the problem. In the auto industry you WILL have BBB compalints, but it's how they are handled that show the character of the business.
Our reputation is solid when customers have issues, because they are quickly resolved. We currently have no outstanding complaints with the BBB and we know that anyone who does business with us will like how we do business.
Thanks for your understanding.
