Big Ugly Warehouse ripoff Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania

I inquired about a pedistol sink. The sales person showed me one in their closed Harrisburg store, which I had to measure at my house before I would confirm. I called him back that evening and said it WOULD fit. I went to the Hbg store the following Saturday & was told that all the white sinks were taken to their Mech store. At that time I paid for 2 toilets and the sink (even though I didn't get the sink).

I went to the Mech store and was told they sold the last one. I offered to bring back 1 toilet & exchange for a toilet & sink in the oyster color.

The guy I had doing the work installed the oyster color toilet and when I opened the box to the sink, it was not the one I was showed in the Hbg store. (I did NOT want a plain sink, which is what was giving to me).

I returned that sink to the Mech store and the sales person said "meet me in the Hbg store, we have that one there).

I went and they did NOT have any in oyster color BUT the white pedistol sinks WERE there. He offered to give me a white toilet and have the new oyster toliet replaced. I said "no..that was way too much work". He told me he would try to find one and call me back, well that was about 2 weeks ago.

After that, I spoke to a manager in the York store. I told him the whole store and he also has not given me any satisfaction of a solution to this situation. He did call me back once and I returned the message and left a message on their voice mail. When I spoke to him the other day, he said he never got my message.

Even if he did not receive my message, a GOOD sales man would have been trying to call ME back. He said they had one in stock but it was EXACTLY the one that I had returned. He said if they order what I want, I would have to pay the difference.

I honestly believe that since I was given the impression that I WAS paying for the pedistol that I wanted that one should be given to me at that price, expecially for all the BS and run around I have been getting. The one that I actually want is NOT that much higher in price.

The customer service with this company is BAD! All I want is an OYSTER COLOR PEDISTOL SINK!!! How hard can THAT be????!
