I received notice from PayPal that my account had been charged for a BRAND NEW NOKIA 6600 CELL PHONE on 10/22/06. I did not order this and it is being shipped to his address in Maine.

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

He didn't 'hack into your Paypal Account', unless you clicked on the 'Dispute this transaction' link in your email, and provided him all your personal info.

This is just a phishing attempt to gain access to your Paypal and bank accounts. Ignore it. BUT DON'T CLICK on anything in that email, just delete it!
