Bill Hear OF Town Center Lies to Customers Kennesaw Georgia

My Husband I are looking for our next car. I filled out an application online and was contacted by Bill Heard Town Center. I couldn't get the original person who called me on the phone and so I spoke to her manager and was told "No problem you have been approved with no money down." I asked him 5 times on the phone and he repeated the same thing to me and my husband. I then tried to get an answer on the phone about my application and I had to speek to his manager. This manager told us another story.

So I contacted the corporate office and spoke to MR. HEARD's assistant. She seemed to be conserned about us being lied to, at first. Then she called back and told us to deel with the sales off only. The truth is we are not approved for no money down. We haven't even had anything sent to the banks yet. She didn't care that we were told this. Her exact words were," that's there job to tell you that to get you in door. Most people will pay the down payment after they arrive even if told no down." I am not most people.

I have worked in sales in the past and if you tell a customer something on the phone you must honor it when they arrive. They will not honor what I was told. This has happened to me three other times and to several people I know. IF you see this and are looking at BILL Heard anywhere in the United States I would take a second look at the dealer down the road. You might not be lied to by them and try to save you the trouble.
