Bill Heard Chevrolet ripoff Columbus Georgia

I am reporting to any and all consumers to be aware of Bill Heard Chevrolet Company in Columbus Ga. On July, 22,2006, they were having a blow out sale so they said,I went to the car dealership to find a family vehicle and that's when the s*** hit the fan, I met the smooth Ryan Storey whom was my salesman, we both looked around at several cars and I say the small SUV Mazda Tribute that was in the used department so we sat down and we negotiate the price of $11,000, I put a down payment of $1,000 and got their high insurance also he stated to me that I would be contacted by the credit company Pioneer here in Columbus ,and it has been two weeks.

I just spoke to them and I wasn't approved the loan amount of the vechile, so they wanted me to return the car, so on August 1,2005, I took the car back to Bill Heard and this time Ryan advised me to bring a cosigner so I did and this person had a high beacon score and good job, we sat down and try to work on the car that I had on July 22,2006, the bank did not want to finance me on a car with 92,000 miles instead they wanted to give me a car with 48,000 miles a payment of 362 a month for 5 years and no warranty instead of the quoted amount on the Mazda of 250 a month for 3 years , that is crazy anyway we found out that all the paper work that Ryan Story had for me has disappeared and now we advised them that we wanted a refund of the amount that we put down and the insurance and we still haven't heard from Ryan or any Bill Heard Manager .

I have spoken to my lawyer pertaining to this matter ,as they say that all sales are final upon bank approval but my contract has no such stamp or statement on it so you tell me is this legal or what , if I am able to pay for a 10,000 car why can't I stay in the one that I got anyway Ryan did some illegal moves and he is going to have to pay.
