Back in January of 2012 I purchased a 100 website package from Bill McRea and Mike Edwards that went by the name of Passive Niche Profits. Here is one of the sites http://camcorder-info.ogabb.com/ . They are pretty graphic Amazon Affiliate based WordPress platform sites. In the last couple of days I found out that I can not login to my sites nor can I access the members area to build these sites. Which was located at http://passivenicheprofits.com/websites/index.php . Support at http://mcreasupport.com has gone unanswered. Anyway I still receive Affiliate emails from Bill McRea trying to sell products from other vendors. So I advise that anyone who runs across Bill McRea or Mike Edwards to steer clear. They do not stand behind their products unfortunately.

Bill McRea is Not a ripoff - Far from it

I've purchased several products from Bill McRea.  And I can assure you that every one of them have been fantastic and solid products.   Not only have the products been good, but his instruction videos are superb, loaded with tons of information and "watch-outs", and insights that the customer needs to hear.   His products are usually pretty cutting-edge serving a very current and relevant need for others in the IM industry.   They have helped me tremendously in getting up and running, and automated, on my business websites. 

Like the customer who made this rip-off report, I too, had my share of frustrations with support requests, failed access into the member pages, etc.  But, that has been true for most other products I've bought, too.   Every time those frustrations and delays occured, they always worked themselves out, where I was able to get all the help I was asking for.  It just took some time, though.

The name of the game here is "innovation".  People like Bill McRea, are very innovative and hard working people who make products that others aren't making.  And what comes along with that innovation, is the need for the innovator to buy all sorts of new, expensive tools for his/her product launch websites.  A lot of these tools they use can be pretty ground-breaking, and, therefore, produce a massive learning curve for the innovator and his/her team.  Plus, the high-volume of customer requests, inevitably puts a major overload on the whole team, no matter how promising their tools are.  For large launches, it's unavoidable to run into all sorts of unexpected problems including keeping up with the typical boat-load of requests from us customers. 

Bottom line, like any business, no matter how well-intentioned an innovator is, keeping up with all the demands is always going to be tough in the beginning.  So, there's always going to be a catch-up period for the company to get into full swing with their tools and in improving their abilities to respond to people.  Of course these things were anticipated by Bill McRea and his team.  And I know that they all did their homework, planning, preparation, and practicing.  But, Bill himself has said in his instruction videos that it's nearly impossible to be totally prepared for everything that comes along. 

Like I said earlier, every frustration I came across, was more than solved by the time they had a little more time to catch up.

Of course there are tons of scammers out there who I can't say this about.  But, Bill McRea and his team are anything but rip-off artists.  You just have to be a little patient and put yourself in his shoes.  He'll come through for you like he has for me.  Just chill for awhile.  Unlike some scammers, he hasn't stolen your money and escaped to an island somewhere.  You'll get more than your money's worth.
