Bill Ryan jr. initially offered me a job as a model for a website/magazine start up he was working on, which he changed to an editor after meeting me. He claimed he had several publishing companies and wanted me to work with him.
He signed a contract and W2 for me and agreed to pay me 2,000 a month, which he never did. First he tried repeatedly to get me drunk and have sex with me then when that failed, he fired me with no notice, without paying me and after insulting me, threatening me and verbally as well as sexually harassing me.
I asked him repeated to pay me, to which he continued threatening me. I ended up filing a Workers' Rights claim against him and L&I has been unable to get ahold of him for a year.
