They have not paid rent since June 2003, eviction process was done then they filed for chapter 13. All the while Bill Turner bragged to me that this is what he would do and that there was nothing that I could do to remove him from the property.
Bill was also arrested in July for writing bad checks and I filed a complaint in August for another bad check. Charges are pending in New Jersey.
The Turner are well versed in landlord/tennant law and know every loophole inmaginable. They played the landlord tennant court until the day of eviction then filed chapter 13. It took another 6 week before the bankruptcy court to hear my motion to lift the stay.
Now they are getting ready to move to Florida. From what I can gather they have done this same thing before.
