They claim their product is environment and pet safe... not true (our pet is dead... maybe coincidence, but it got sick within days after they sprayed and was doing fine beforehand).
They claim their product works... not true, we still had ants everywhere and had to spray the conventional way to take care of the problem.
They will sign you up for recurring services even after you state you only want one service, then they will tell you there is a large (over $250) cancellation fee when you cancel the "service".
Bottom line... they do not provide any real service, they are dishonest and will mark your contract after the fact for things you did not approve (recurring services), and then they will try to collect a cancellation fee when you cancel.
This is a joke of a company... send them packing if they show up on your door and don't believe anything they say.
