I am a 86 year old gentleman, this started off as a joke to get grandpa some hard on pills courtsey of my grandson/my card,seems they have charged me with 3 charges to date to the tune of 110.00 each time. I sent back the pills,as requested by a note found in the first "free weeks supply" I have disputed charges to the card. I know federal law well, being I retired from a rather large law firm in Dallas Tx.

I am going to repute these charges and see how many federal laws they have broken and I plan to prosocute those involved to the fullest extent of the law. Might need to spend some money being the fileings will be in federal court and will be filed in two states but what the heck, its just money we took from firms just like this with our settlements.
