Biogeniste in partnership with Derma Juvenate I ordered online the Illegal Slamming!! Biogeniste discounted product offer and the associated sample of Derma Juvenate ordered 08/2012 - two more orders of each have been sent + I was charged $84.76 Derma Juvenate, 2338 Rowland Ave., Savannah, Georgia

In September and again in October I received one 10 oz. bottle of BioGeniste and one 1.7 oz. bottle of Derma Juvenate. Within the packaging of BioGeniste was a invoice and a subsequent charge to my debit account for $84.76. The Derma Juvenate came without supporting invoice. Neither provided a means to contact them. The 1-888-965-3999 number provided by BioGeniste asks for the customer phone number, doesn't accept the number when entered, then disconnects the caller.
I returned both products in September demanding a refund and that both companines stopped the illegal slamming. The cost to return these products was on me - Biogeniste and Derma Juvenate both stated on their original order confirmation e-mail I received for my original order - that marking the products "return to sender" would not result in a refund.
I am currently financially limited and the illegal charge to my debit card and the cost to ship these products back to the suppliers is crimminal. I now have two more products to return. I will do so. They will be sent registered mail. I have requested a refund of $84.76 for the September shipment and will be asking the same, $84.76, for the illegal charges made in October.
These companies are practicing crimminal slamming and illegally charging my debit/credit account. Attempts to contact either/both companies has failed. Requests for refunds ignored.
