In January we requested a move order to move our existing package to the new address. I told the representative that I wish to move our service exactly as it was. I did not wish to enter a new contract nor did I agree to enter into a new contract. At that time we was no longer involved in a contract. After Birch was not able to complete the order in a timely manner, we where left with no other option but to change providers. In March 2013 I contacted Birch to cancel our service.
In March 2013 we received a letter stating that our company owed a early termination fee of $550.00.
I have spoken with customer service and they were no help in resolving issue.I strongley strongley recommend that you do not use this company. Their customer service is terrible and their business practices very unethical in my opinion.
