the shocks broke. Birch Point resort & Sunset Grill not only took
the $400 for rental but also an extra $200 for deposit. He said he
would let my husband know how much the repair would be. But he NEVER
called. Instead he charged my husbands credit card $900, then a few
weeks later charged him another $400!!!! We have called him many times.
We have asked for the repair receipt, but he never responds. How can this be fair!
This guy is obviously dishonest and has no sense of morals. My husband only
wanted to show his new son-in-law a good time and thought he would
splurge on the rental, but now he regrets ever going.
Do not do business with Tom Swanson!

This individual rented it VERY late in the season. ( Late March) ....we watched them warming up and they were already beating the heck out of both machines. You broke the entire suepension jumping driveway drifts which were ROCK HARD! You brought it back damaged and you were responsible for ALL damage plus the rental costs.
I did eveything I could to find used parts to repair and keep the cost(s) down. You were charged for what it cost ( It cost me more because I couldn't rent the machine ( Which you AGREED to pay for any down time) to the tune of close to 2K.....I only charged for parts and some time.
You weren't ripped off. Plus I watched you and your guest beat the daylights out of the other machine. You broke things on it too. I can still charge you more.
