Birchmount Financial Services This is a complete SCAM! And now my 5 yr old son is paying for it because I couldn't buy him school clothes and we lost a house over this Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I am very upset about this scam. My husband and I have a 5 yr old son, we were closing on a house but were short $2,000. We didn't didn't know what else to do and this company seemed ligit...it's not. We ended up losing our house over it and now we are back to renting. They promised us $5,000 in our account within 24 hours and when we didn't receive it they told us they decided that "it was too much of a risk" to lend us the money and that we would have to wait till their next billing cycle to receive our $815.50 back that we sent them as an "insurance" payment. I called them on August 27th and they said a bank check was going out that day. Here it is a week later and we still have recieved nothing. To make it worse every time I call they keep hanging up on me. I think I have done everything I can do...called the Oklahoma City Police Dept., my local police dept., both the attorney generals in CT & OK, and my husband even called the secret service. Do not be scammed by these people. And like I said my 5 yr old son is paying for this now because I couldn't even buy him new school clothes. Please be aware of this scam. I don't want to see this happen to anyone else.
