he said his name was Frank St. Clair and his manager was Joseph McGuinness. and they could be reached by leaving a message at that number and they would call me back, which they did.
They also faxed me several loan papers. they said I was approved and needed to send $350.00 for the insurance on the loan by Western union made out to Michelle Samuel in Toronto, Canada. and the loan $2000.00 would be directly deposited into my checking account. the monies were never transferred and I have made several calls that have never been returned. They need to be stopped , they are ripping off hundreds of people using several different names and having people wire money to Canada.
