Lucretia @ Black Oak Real Estate Company This company rented my family a house for a few days, when it rained lucretia the owner, said she would send a handy man right away and she did not, so we had to put pots everywhere to hold the water leaks. She also has ripped us off for 50 dollars of our deposit and refund money which she said she would refund us for our inconvenience. She does not return emails or phone callls. Crestline California

Lucretia and black oak real estate, have ripped us off for 50 dollars. Which she said she would refund us over a month ago. she is a liar, because she said she would send a handy man to fix leaks from rain storms while we paid and rented her house for a few days and she never sent him so we had to put pots and pans everywhere. She claimed , even before we got there that she never received our deposit cashiers check, when our bank records showed that her own bank account had cashed it. She snooped on us during our private vacation , watching us from across the street in secret. She never returned our phone calls or emails. She is a liar and a scam artist as evident by her treatment of our family . Everyone there , all 11 of us are and were witnesses to these ingnorant practices by her and her company.
