Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Stay away from Blackwhite capital group and Raymond Kamel, they issued our company an invoice for ultra low sulfer diesel fuel in Houston, we lined up our distributor, spent time with our banking, and then lo' and behold, Blackwhite never produced the product even after we executed the invoice and offered our banking. We then received numerous emails offering excuses for their-non performance and fraud, we even gave them the opportunity to take care of our losses in the transaction and all parties would walk away, and they didnt even have the money to do that. This is a fraudulent scam company, and we are in the process of reporting them to the authorities.

I just spoke to Mr. Kemp, he is willing to arbitrate as provided under the Ripoff Report arbitration protocol. Have Kamel contact hI'm directly, and let's have the Arbitrators settle this matter!

We have several emails referencing Kamels nonperformance, comments about fees bring recovered, and his overall deceipt and fraud..... Whoever you are Tomas, I hope we all get a chance to meet!

I fully understand the situation and can only apologise again for my suppliers inability to produce the requested documents.
I will be taking the matter of costs up with them later today.

This accusation against Mr. Raymond Kamel, a descent man, is totally false. Mr. Bart Kemp changed and altered the commercial invoice which was not accepted because it was not the agreed upon terms. When Mr. Kamel sent it back as rejected, Mr. Kemp theatened and tried to extort $20,000.00 from Mr. Kamel and if he did not pay he would add him to this site. So these are the facts and Mr. Kamel is an honorable and extremely knowlegable in these areas of oil and gas. Shame in Bart Kemp and his tactics.

I am shocked to see this on the internet and believe this persons statement to be false. I have never had any issues with dealing with Raymond Kamel and have been more than satisfied with any business matters we have conducted. He is an honest and straight talking fellow, so I thought it best to defend this individual against this 1 accusation. I have used Ray as a consultant in oil related projects; pipeline, refineries and filling station. I have put him forward to a contact in the past for a clean-up operation and waste management, and was thanked for doing so. He has even prviously helped us to secure funding and partners in energy related projects, infra structure developments and trade finance.
