Stay away from Blackwhite capital group and Raymond Kamel, they issued our company an invoice for ultra low sulfer diesel fuel in Houston, we lined up our distributor, spent time with our banking, and then lo' and behold, Blackwhite never produced the product even after we executed the invoice and offered our banking.  We then received numerous emails offering excuses for their-non performance and fraud, we even gave them the opportunity to take care of our losses in the transaction and all parties would walk away, and they didnt even have the money to do that.   This is a fraudulent scam company, and we are in the process of reporting them to the authorities.
