I have filed a report a few months ago on this company, I recently sent them a letter, on account they dont answer their phone, and my letter was sent back to me, as someone who has been ripped off along with my parents and others, what do we need to do next?

I read where others have reported this same situation, people on Wall St have some infor on this company and its where abouts, there needs to be some legal action taken so where would I start?
