He will promise you a rewly rebuilt outboard motor and he will give you a junk motor that hasn't been touched inside. He promises to pay the freight and he shippes to you freight collect. He promises a week turnaround and it will be months!
He will always get your money first - do not fall into his trap. He was doing business as Outboard Rebuildcom and he had to change the name to stay in business.

I have had nothing but satisfactory work from Mr. Parise.
