Blanka Travel Agency This woman shouldn't be allowed to sell tickets or have anythinng to do with travel booking Louisville Kentucky

 First of all I want to say I am beyond glad I didn't have to deal with this idiot while booking our tickets because I would've probably shut her business down. She made our traveling experience to Dubrovnik painfull. We also had a child with us which as you know, it is not easy to travel such long relativities up to 10-12 hours with kids. I even ended up crying in Frankurt because I couldn't believ e what we were going through. This experience was supposed to filled with joy, and relaxation not stress, running around and almost every airline that we visited was dumbfounded and asked us who booked your flights this way. It was beyond horrible from the start. We were at SDF 2 hours early, and then when we went to check in, she said that the tickets were wrong so they had to bring taxi real fast to drive us to Indiana to catch a flight, where they sent us a Bosnian idiot that wouldn't stop talking the whole hour about his religious beliefs and didn't know where the airport is in Indiana, so we missed that flight as well, then at the check in we get asked again who booked our tickets and that they didn't make sense at all. Bottom line we had to stay in Indiana at our own expense and they wouldn' t even help us with 5 huge luggage bags and plus did I mention we were on a trip with our kid...so imagine having to drag 5 luggage bags, take care of a kid, and this was just the beginnning. Never again. I wish they would close her because this idiot deserves to work somehwere in the factory not have her ruin peoples vacation because of her incompetency. She is also highly unprofessional and completely impolite. This woman is good for cleaning toilets - do not boook with her....@@@@
