Well thats fraud they have to give notice of the charge they are not allow to just take it when they chose. I have been on the phone with the store and the customer care for a week now trying to get my money back. the customer care line said they cant help because it has to do with a store and not the online rentals all they can do is file a report.
well we got a credit of $16 and that was it. so needless to say the bill we had comming in now bounced because of this. I keep getting the run around. We were told to expect a refund with in 24 hours and a phone call from the manager in the area thats over the stores well we never got that call or refund.
