I have the new on-line dvd from Samsung and one reason I bought it was to enjoy streaming movies downloaded from sites like Hulu, Net Flicks, and BlockBuster etc... Well don't try BlockBuster unless you like letting yourself in for a ton of frustration. Something happend a few months back and I cursed fumed and said I'd never use that *&^%$#@ BlockBuster again... I should have listened to my inner self. True to form, the wife and I were interested in watching a movie tonight and I somehow clicked into BlockBuster. They had been emailing me that they were very sorry and hope that I would come back soon... Okay, so here's one and Block Buster finally gave me the $5.00 credit that was suppose to be more, but let's use it here. So we rented the movie with Glenn Close "Albert" and began watching. We set out the snacks, got comfortable and about one hour into the movie it stops, went to the menu and there was no way to get it to resume. So I went to chat, their phone support was closed, and was told that the problem was that it went off the on-demand listing tonight.... In the middle of the movie???? I was pissed, and insulted and all they wanted to offer was a refund... I hope BB chokes on it! They have no clue what it is to actually provide service, let alone support. If you really want a challenging night of frustration to go with throwing away your hard earned dollars try BlockBuster they won't disappointment you!
