I had rented about 3 movies one day and returned it promptly to the nearby kiosk the next day. To my surprise i found after a few days 3 additional charges made to the tune of $6 & change to my credit card. When i called up the customer service number, i was told that i was late in returning my rentals one of them by 2 days and another one by 4 days. I disputed the charges & the representative was very rude & told me to take up with my credit card company for any disputes. What a shaddy bussiness practise. After going through other peoples experience on the internet i am not sure how this company will survive with such practices. First they don't have any e-mail confirmation about renting or returning the DVDs, so you are at their mercy for charging anything on your credit card. What is the proof you have that you have returned your rentals on time??? What a convenient way to RIP of customers. The DVDPlay kiosk & RedBox kiosks had e-mail confirmation i didn't have any problems with them. My bad luck DVDPlay got acquired by Blockbuster. Do not rent at blockbuster kiosk, rent at RedBox even if you have to travel some distance. Now i have to figure out how to remove my credit card info from their website, i am truly disappointed.
