I am pretty upset.. I spent over 15 dollars at a Blockbuster store and I must say I am so disappointed. 2 games and 2 movies.One game does not play what so ever.. took it back and they exchanged it but not of the game I started out with. The other game I guess is fine, game play sucks but that isn't your fault..Now the movies, How can you people rent movies that do NOT play or are full of scratches? Don't you think the people you have working for you should check the disks for marks and such? What a waste of money and my time.. Now my time if very important to me I don't know about your time but really? So I have a movie that is unwatchable from the MIDDLE of it! What in the hell!!!!
Frankly, I'm tired of going back and forth to this store to exchange out stuff when in all actuality I should have only made the one trip to rent the said items!!A not so happy customer now. I will return the items and NEVER EVER go back to a BLOCKBUSTER again because I am tired of getting CRAP that doesn't work!!!! WASTE OF MONEY and MONEY I really don't have to WASTE...I would prefer a refund on all my rentals from this time.. Seems fair considering I didn't even get to play the one game nor did I get to watch the entire movie!!! Crappy.. and I am sure This complaint won't do a thing for the sh*tty rental material that your store will continue to rent out to unexpected renters who don't know that the disks SUCK and won't play! You guys are sitting on a gold mine!!! I see... Off to ripoff report now to let peeps know about how your all run your crap business!

That is why disks are not checked and cleaned. When items are returned the employee with make sure the right item is in the box and then scan it in. We assume that if a movie or game has an issue that the person who rented it will want to exchange it so they can you know, "watch the movie". So if it is returned normally we assume that it is fine. Which makes sense because 99+% of them are returned fine.
And people do bring in stuff not working. Most of the time the movie just needs cleaned. It amazes me to this day how people do not know how to clean discs.
