I worked at this store for three years. I have been in retail all my life. I have never seen more pathetic actions by a company in my life. Covering up sexual harassment on more than one occasion, protecting associates that break all ethics and proper conduct rules. Keep the majority of the store in fear of losing their jobs. A human resources department that has a closed door policy and literally will not speak to anyone regarding associate concerns. Yes I was fired from the company. I am not concern about what happened to me. What's done is done. I am concerned about the associates there now and in the future. I think Bloomingdale's is a great company. This particular store has major issues. BEWARE! People creating the issues: Store manager - Darla Harrison Human resources manager - Michael Stienberg Associate - John Lyons
I truly hope this store gets help someday. God willing.
