I was contacted by Steve who said he had a buyer for my Timeshare and I only had to pay A Title Search Fee.
I gave him a credit card number and waited about a week.
When I called back I spoke to Jim Ryan who said he was handling my case now. And that it should only take a couple of months to sell my timeshare.
Since that last conversation several months ago, every time I call for Mr. Ryan he is either on the other line or not in.
I left several messages and never once got a return call.
I am filing complaints with the BBB and Attorny Generals Office and will not give up till I get my money back.
People like Mr. Ryan need to be shut down and their name smeared for the scams they pull.

A complaint of this type is unwarranted.
All terms have been successfully met and we have a Signed Service Contract, Acknowledgement of Service Agreement with copy of his Drivers License, Timeshare Owners AUthorization form SIGNED, & a SIGNED receipt ...... ALL FROM THIS CUSTOMER.
An advertisement four our customer has been in our campaign, but unfortunately we were unable to secure any firm offers because of the specific "limited" ownership rights that were UNDISCLOSED at the time of his "listing".
Also, I would like to add that "nobody answered" with what they wanted to hear is NOT a cause for complaint.
