We have been forced to have this company for several years now. When we went with this company we all had a health insurance company that had some mediocre customer service. This company has been the very worst company for all of us. We have had to form a special department at work with a person in charge meaning an additional employee to handle all of the situations for all of the employees because that is how bad this company is. There is no such thing as customer service as everyone is incompetent. It will test the most patient of people. The doctors list are not right. They cant even find doctors numbers and they will even go as far as to say they have spoken to a doctors office that does not exist. If you are looking for a health plan for your company and your employees or for yourself, stay far away from this company. They will cause your health to deteriorate just from their awful customer service. The biggest mistake our company has made is using this company. When it is up we will gladly say good by to them. Believe me you do not need this experience.
