Our story begins after we signed the contract. At first we thought everything was going smoothly. We even chose to have it done in the Fall when it wouldn't be so busy. As we got into the middle of construction did the communication stop. When we had the final step done, the plaster stage we found out that they had covered two drains.
At first they said no problem, to go ahead and finish filling it up and sweep several times a day. Then three days later we found out that they would have to re-plaster. We asked them to wait a week because we were having a party. They totally ignored us and went ahead and did it on their schedule. After they re-plastered, we found out from the guy who started the pool that they had incorrectly wired our special lighting package, which we paid extra. They also gave us a very crummy automatic pool sweeper. Everyone in the business knows it is bad.
Two years later, we have had to replace plumbing, our waterfalls don't work and after repeated attempts at calling customer service, they continue to ignore our concerns. During the process of building, we were not happy with how we were treated. We called and complained several times. Finally we went over the head of the local office in Plano and went to a manager. He said he would take care of it. Soon after, the manager of the plano office was relocated but we never heard from the new manager. I would recommend to find another pool builder in a heartbeat!!!
