Blue Haven Pools In Richardson Texas no return phone calls; pool only two yrs old and the plaster already coming off Dallas Texas

The financing process was predatory; they used a company supposed to be in our best interest. Turned out to be a sub company called Winners Acceptance which is a sub company of the Blue haven in Tallahassee Florida which has the franchise license revoked. The claimed one of us had a score of 380 and that we had to remove one of the homeowner's one the loan the get the loan and it was questionable then. Sent us wrong documents twice. Then, supposed had the loan serviced and made us make the first payment before the pool was built and said that was why we got the loan lowered the one point. When lender law (found out later, that sold loans have 90 days to make the first payment without any penalty - and that supposed servicing lender is on the closing statement) there were 3.0% in points which I know means we would be paying to reduce our interest rate and that did not happen, the lender claimed winners (which is actually blue haven because the number on the documents listed in the phone book and if you call there; they will answer "blue haven" and the woman whom signed our closing papers is on both sets of papers . . . supposedly paid our points???) if that were true then the price of our loan would not of increase from the pool cost to include that part of the closing costs; winners got paid as processors, originators as well. One set of papers they sent us said they were being paid 0.00 for their services. and then the closing had many more. The closing has amount financed with two different amounts and two different rates.

withing three months of our pool being built, three or maybe four pump motors had to be replaced. They did not follow city code that stipulates that no part of the pool shall be closer than five feet from the home and we have had water flood into our home twice now. Also, the pool is barely two years old and the plaster is coming off over 50% of the pool. We called 30 days ago and one call and nothing since. There are areas where the coping does not form a good lip and there are some gaps that show the seam as well
